Return and Refund Policy

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px">To return an item it must be sent in its original packaging, complete and in saleable condition.</p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px">Products cannot be sized or altered, nor watch links removed. If the product has been sized or altered, the product will not be accepted for an exchange or return.</p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px">Items purchased that included an additional bonus gift, both the original item, and the bonus gift must be returned to receive a refund, or exchange.</p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px">If the product is not returned in its original packaging, a 20% administration fee may apply.</p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px">Worn items will be returned and no refund issued.</p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px">Please note we do not refund any expedited shipping costs should you have selected to pay extra for this. We are also unable to provide a refund for Route Package Protection should you have purchased this.</p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px">Max Muller reserves the right to refuse credit, or exchange of any item returned incomplete, or in a non-saleable condition due to negligence, damage, and or abuse, and the customer will be notified. All documents included with the product must be returned. Any items that we cannot accept will be returned at the customer’s expense.</p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px">If an item is sold with a gift, as part of a promotion, then both the purchased item and the gift must be returned in order to qualify for a refund. If the gift is not returned then the customer will be debited the price of this from their refund. </p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px">If multiple items are purchased as part of a promotion where there is a discount for ordering more than one item, but only part of the order is returned then the discount will be considered forfeited and deducted from the refund. </p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px"><span>By placing an order with Max Muller, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. </span></p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px"><strong>Damaged Or Defective Items</strong></p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px">If you have received a damaged or defective item you must let us know within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will always try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible so the sooner you act, the quicker we can find a resolution. If you let us know after the 7 day period we reserve the right to refuse credit or exchange but may do so on a case by case basis (for example if there are extenuating circumstances). </p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px">To initiate a return, please enter your order information using either the domestic (US) returns portal, or the international (non-US) returns portal via the links at the top of this page.<br /><br /><strong>Refunds <span>(if applicable)</span></strong></p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px"><span>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. </span></p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px"><span>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.</span></p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px"><span>Please note that some of our models have our printed logo on it and some have not. While some customers would want to have our brand name on it and some are not, we will not be responsible for return or refund requests in the case of customers who want or do not want to have our logo on it.</span></p>

<p data-open-accessibility-text-original="16px"><span>Please note that do not return your package to our sender because we don’t guarantee that we will receive it.</span></p>
