WE OFFER FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $65.

We do our best to process and ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 11AM CST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning.

Max Muller has fulfillment centers based in the US, UK, Europe & Asia allowing faster delivery times worldwide.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the courier.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Our orders always include tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped.

*Please note that these are estimates and aren't guaranteed, we will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date. If you have any questions about shipping or delivery, please contact Customer Service.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. 
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse)

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
